Return Policy
Here at Legendary Ladies we think you’re going to love our products, that’s always our goal. However, we understand there will be times when that’s just not possible due to personal tastes or unique situations. For those instances, below is our return policy.

Digital Products:
We have a 30-day refund policy for all digital products. If you’ve had a membership subscription for multiple months, the most recent charge, within the last 30 days, is what is eligible for a refund.
Supplements:
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, swap for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following additional details to our return and exchange policy:
- If multiple bottles/bags of the same product were purchased at once, only one bottle/bag can be opened or used. All other bottles/bags must in be “like new” condition in order to be eligible.
- Unopened items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in “like new” condition. If not, please note that a 30% damage fee will be applied to products that are not returned in this condition. This means that the item should be free of odors like pet or smoke, and should not have any visible wear or damage. This also includes items that have been altered or damaged during the return shipping process. So make sure they’re packaged well for the return trip.
- Free gifts/bonuses received with orders cannot be returned for a retail value and must be returned along with the original product purchased.
- If you purchased the WakeUp Cup and Metabolism Jumpstart bundle, you have 120-days to test out both. Please reach out to a support guru for additional information if needed.
- Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
- We recommend getting a tracking number for any return shipment. This will help ensure your package makes it to us.
Frequently Ask Questions:
1) How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once your item is received back at our warehouse, it can take 3-5 days to process and issue a refund, however usually it’s much quicker. Your bank may take an additional 2-4 days for processing before you see the refund reflected on your statement, it all depends on your bank’s processing time.
2) Do I need to pay shipping if returning an item?
- Yes. Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning an item.
3) What if my item breaks or gets damaged during shipping to me, do you replace it?
- Yes, absolutely! We will replace any items if they are defective or damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Simply reach out to our support gurus with a picture of the damaged or defective item and they will work with you on getting a replacement shipped out asap.
