I love all the free gifts Kalli sent and am using all but the Power Punch. I wanted to wait until I completed the first unflavored canister before I moved on. Too soon to tell if my skin is better. I am not sure what the ashwaganda is supposed to do. I am enjoying the recipes Kalli prepares and the amazing support from everyone! I will let you know in early March when I get bloodwork results to see if my blood sugar and cholesterol level have both improved. Thank you!!!
